Vintage 1970's Mistra halter top dress. Made of lightweight 50% cotton, 50% polyester. Scrunched bust allows dress to be worn as a halter with skinny straps tied around neck, or as a tube top with straps tied in a bow. Wide ruffle around top and elasticized empire waist with pleats that lead to flowing knee length skirt. Natural colored fabric is printed in sections alternating between stripes and an antiquated floral pattern, both in hues of rusty rose, mauve, gold and light green. This coy dress is in great condition!
