Vintage 1980's lace collar with sequins and drop dangle beads. Turquoise, pink and yellow beads are very 80's. Sheer netted lace is 13" long in front and back. Can be used as a doily or decoration but originally made for a collar that just lays over your shoulders. In good condition.
