Rare WWI Pilots leather flying helmet. Leather chin strap with metal slider buckle. Crown loop, long neck sheild and no visor. Lambs wool lining and oblong ear flaps. Leather is in pretty good condition and fleece is still strong with both showing age. Fabric label has no visible words. Closest match while researching: probably German Circa 1912-18. Moderate wear all over and still in great shape.
