Vintage 1930's stunning embroidered silken acetate blend bedspread and matching sham set in soft petal pink. Hand embroidered floral swirl design with ruffle edged center inset featuring a multi-colored peacock atop an intricate bouquet background. Incredible french knot work and extremley difficult layered threading create a multi-demensional look and feel that would bring tears to the eye of any knowledgable sewer. Pillow shams have corresponding ruffle inset featuring a lone flower in the same knot work and brilliant tones. Unbelievable bed set in outstanding condition.
Bedspread measures 66" Wide by 84" Long. Shams measure 17 1/2" Wide x 26" Long. Will fit Twin bed.
