1950's Circle Wool Felt Skirt by Sid Harris. Wider waist band with two buttons, zips up the side. A perfect circle for maximum swing. It is ready for a poodle, or Holiday applique. No flaws or spots. Two very tiny holes near waistband have been fused & repaired, and are not visible. In Excellent condition.
